Will the pad makes my house smell?

No. That sour smell you get with disposables is bacteria sitting in a wet gel out in the open.

Here the liquid pulls down into the core in seconds, the surface reads dry, and the antimicrobial layer kills the bacteria between washes.

If you ever catch a smell, it's the pad telling you it's wash day. A cold cycle fixes it.

How often do I wash the pads?

Our pads can be washed on a quick cycle as often as needed. To avoid too many loads of laundry, store soaked pads in a dedicated laundry bag and wash them all at once. Some users prefer to wash daily while others weekly.

Pro tip #1: Having multiple pads reduces the number of washes required every week.

Pro tip #2: You can throw your dedicated laundry bag in the wash as well to keep it fresh and clean.

Do I need to use special laundry detergent?

No, standard washing liquid does the job just fine. For more heavily soiled pads or set-in stains, oxygen-based bleach or enzyme cleaners can also be used.

Can other pets like cats or rabbits use this?

Yes, the pad can be used by any pet.

What about poop?

A lot of our customers find their dog poops on it too, which is a bonus.

If they do, just wipe it off with a tissue or towel, then toss the pad in the wash. The waterproof layer keeps everything on the surface so nothing soaks into the fabric.

We recommend at least three. That way you always have pads down while others are in the wash. The worst thing is having no pad available while one is drying and your dog goes on the floor again.

Two dogs, stairs, or an older dog with bladder trouble is where six makes life easy. One in every room they use, three always clean.

My dog raise their leg to pee. Will this work for them?

Absolutely! For leg raisers, you can affix the pad partly against a wall using some tape or adhesive clips (found at most large retailers). This will ensure the pad catches any pee that shoots above the floor.

Can these pads be used outdoor?

Absolutely! Many pet owners use these pads on their balconies, patios or simply as picnic blankets for their dog!

How do I store soaked pads?

Lightly soaked pads can be stored in your normal laundry bag. For frequently or heavily soaked pads, we suggest using a dedicated laundry bag (cloth or plastic). If the bag is washable, you can throw it in the washing machine along with the pads to keep it fresh and clean.
